American Dairy, Inc. conducts operations in China through its wholly owned subsidiary, Feihe Dairy, and manufactures and distributes dairy products under the Feihe trademark. Founded in 1962, Feihe Dairy is one of the leading producers and distributors of milk powder and soybean products in China. Its products include milk power, soybean power, walnut powder, walnut dew, and walnut oil, and rice powder/rice cereals. American Dairy is headquartered in Beijing, China, and has processing and distribution facilities in Kedong, Qiqihaer, Baiquan, Gannan, Shanxi, and Langfang.

We are one of the leading producers of milk powder and soybean powder in China, operating through our wholly owned subsidiary, Heilongjiang Feihe Dairy Co., Ltd. Established in 1962 as a State-Operated Enterprise, Feihe Dairy was purchased from the government by current management in 1997, and after more than 40 years in the Chinese dairy industry, American Dairy produces a diversified menu of nutritious products and markets four brand trademarks, eight product series and over 50 product variations.

All aspects of production of American Dairy's products are designed to yield premium quality, wholesome and superior tasting foods. We make our products in small batches, using the processing techniques that maintain the most freshness and allow maximum flavor and nutrition retention. We also use wholesome ingredients -- no chemicals or additives are employed. Our vast yet localized distribution network ensures that our dairy products arrive to consumers sooner after production than competing products arrive, and our quality control practice ensures that each production run is sampled for flavor, aroma, texture and appearance.
