Eberhard Shoenburg

Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of Artificial Life, Inc.

Eberhard Schoneburg is a well known IT and mobile industry veteran and entrepreneur. He started over 20 successful companies in this field in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Mr. Schoneburg is currently CEO and Chairman of Artificial Life, Inc. and has been so since its inception in Boston in 1994. He manages all subsidiaries as well. After a management buy-out by him in 1997 he listed Artificial Life Inc. on the NASDAQ National Market stock exchange and achieved a peak market cap of approx 400 MM USD in 2001. Mr. Schoneburg is currently still the largest individual stock holder of the Company.

Prior to founding Artificial Life, he founded and managed NEUROTEC GmbH and the BIT Group and their subsidiaries, including a joint venture with Procter & Gamble, in Germany. NEUROTEC at its time was Europe's biggest independent Internet company and launched the first Internet based electronic shopping mall in Europe for Karstadt AG in Germany, one of Europe's biggest retailers.

Prior to NEUROTEC GmbH, Mr. Schoneburg founded and served as Chairman of Expert Informatik GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, and specializing in expert systems development, anti-virus programs, and neural network applications in finance. Mr. Schoneburg's previous employment also includes the management of the new technologies department for aerospace systems at Dornier German Aerospace, as well as software and research engineering for consumer electronics at Siemens AG in Boca Raton, Fla, USA.

Mr. Schoneburg and his team won numerous awards among them: the First Prize of the Berlin Innovation Award for the development of the first European neural compiler (1990), and the First Prize for the development of an expert system for detecting chemical hazards for Procter and Gamble (1992), the Best Enabling Technology Award by the Multimedia Council, Boston 1999, and the global Best Mobile Game award by Ericsson in 2004.

In addition, Mr. Schoneburg is a prominent speaker at industry conferences world wide and has written five lecture books and more than sixty research papers pertaining to computer viruses, neural networks, evolution strategies and genetic programming. Mr. Schoneburg holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the Freie Universitaet in Berlin, Germany.

Christian Gloe, 42, is a games industry veteran and currently CEO of CDV AG, Germany. Before his current job, he used to be President of Publishing for Atari, one of the world's leading game publishers. Prior to this he held management positions with L'Oreal, Acclaim Entertainment, Virgin Interactive, Crave Entertainment and Infogrames.

Claudia Alsdorf joined our Board in August 2001. In 1999, Ms. Alsdorf co-founded echtzeit AG where she was principally responsible for the preparation of an initial public offering of echtzeit AG securities on the German Neuer Markt exchange, as well as initiating a joint venture with a German retailer for three-dimensional product presentations and online catalogues. In 1996, Ms. Alsdorf founded echtzeit USA in San Francisco, and was mainly responsible for the initiation of operations with United States- based companies. In 1995, Ms. Alsdorf co-founded echtzeit Gesellschaft fur mediales Gestalten mbH, a developer of computing environments for e-commerce and communications both on the desktop and for large-scale multi-user Internet environments, with subsidiaries in Berlin, Cologne and Zurich. Ms. Alsdorf is currently a Vice President of SAP AG, Germany.

Director

Dr. Gert Hensel joined our Board in July 2001. Since January 2000, Dr. Hensel has been the Chief Operating Officer and founder of VICUS Grundstuecksservice GmbH, a real estate management company. From January 1998 to January 2000, Dr. Hensel was the founder and a shareholder of Weiss-Grundstuecksverwaltungs--und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH Erkner, a real estate management company. Since January 1995, Dr. Hensel has been a corporate fiduciary for BIT GmbH, Berlin and a manager of DABU Accounting services.

Director

Rene Jaeggi started his impressive career as Sales Manager at W.R. Grace Chemicals in Zurich and R.J. Reynolds in Geneva. In 1982, he became Manager of Central Europe at Duracell AG. From 1986 to 1993, he was the CEO of Adidas AG where he was responsible for over 14,000 employees and revenues in excess of USD 4 billion. After 1993, he was co-owner of Romika GmbH in Germany, Chairman of H.T.M in Vienna, Chairman of StairMaster in the US, as well as member of the board of Rutledge Capital also in the US. He is currently Chairman of Flora Eco Power AG in Munich, a public bio energy company.

Besides a businessman, Mr. Jaeggi is also an athlete himself as well as a sports organizer and manager. He holds a 1st Dan in Ju-Jitsu and 5th Dan in Judo. In 2002, he was the President of the Organization Committee of the Judo World Championships in Basel. He was the President of the Swiss soccer club, FC Basel, which he led to the European Champions League and winning the Swiss Cup in 2002, as well as the President of the German soccer club 1. FC Kaiserslautern from 2002 to 2006, which he led to the cup final in Germany in 2003.

Mr. Jaeggi was educated in University of St. Gallen and Waseda University of Tokyo. He is fluent in German, English, French, Italian and Japanese.

Director Business Development, Japan

Kazutoshi Miyake is a games industry veteran. He has over 30 years of experience in international business development and management. As Director of Business Development, Mr. Miyake assists Artificial Life, Inc. in its expansion to become a major mobile player in Japan.

In 1993, he became General Manager of Sega Enterprises Ltd., running Sega's operations in Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific. He then became the CEO of Sega Europe Ltd. from 1994 to 2001. He has remained in the video games industry ever since, taking up the posts of non-executive board member of Andromeda Entertainment Ltd. (UK), Akaei Plc. (UK), Infogrames Entertainment SA (France), and Acclaim Entertainment (UK) from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to his extensive experience, Mr. Miyake has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Osaka University of Foreign Studies in Japan.

Chief Technology Officer

Ernest Axelbank has been with Artificial Life since 1998. He started out as a Technology Intern and has now become the Chief Technology Officer. Over the years, he has contributed valuable industry experience from his previous employment in the United States, including Harvard Law School and Prometheus, Inc. As CTO, he supervises and manages all core technology development, mobile technology development, enterprise java development, and security.

Mr. Axelbank has given talks in many prominent conferences around the world. He was a speaker at the Telecoms InfoTechnology Forum for the Next Generation Wireless Services in Hong Kong as well as the International Advertising & Multimedia Festival in Switzerland.

Mr. Axelbank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Art from Northeastern University in Boston.

Director M&A, Europe

Michael Rowan is a UK entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Asian markets. As Director M&A, Mr. Rowan provides Asian market development strategies for U.K. and U.S. portfolio companies.

From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Rowan served as the head of the Equity Capital Markets Division of Merrill Lynch. In 1996, he became the director of the division, responsible for structuring and pricing equity transactions - including IPOs and privatizations, demutualizations and advisements on mergers and acquisitions. In 2002, he left Merrill Lynch and became a director of Accelera Capital, a private equity fund headquartered in Hong Kong.

In addition to his extensive financial experience, Mr. Rowan is a British-qualified lawyer and had practiced Commercial Law at Linklaters and Alliance, a London based law firm with offices in Hong Kong and New York.

Legal Counsel

Ina Setzepfandt advises our company in all legal matters. Her practice focuses on the contractual monitoring of our business operations as well as all activities relating to licensing, intellectual property, trademarks, e-commerce, IT and media law.

She started her law career at Universal Music GmbH, Digital Division. Prior to that Ms. Setzepfandt graduated from law school at Humboldt- University Berlin with the First State Exam in Law and took her Second State Exam in Law at August 2006. During her education she had the opportunity to work for Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, an international corporate law firm in New York City, and for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the German General Counsel in Toronto, Canada.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Setzepfandt has a diverse background in media from different activities at Bertelsmann Arvato AG, Telekom AG and at the international PR-Agency, Weber Shandwick. She is a member of media.net berlinbrandenburg.

Manager, Finance and Accounting

Since 2003, Alice Tat has been responsible for monitoring Artificial Life's operations, accounting and financial reporting. She has more than twenty years of financial and accounting experience.

Early in her career, she was responsible for the accounting at the first and only TV station in Hong Kong, Rediffusion TV Ltd. (better known as RTV, but renamed to ATV in 1982). A few years later, she became the accountant at the Asia buying office for the electronics giant, Tandy Corporation, which imported goods in Asia and sold through their prominent American retail outlet Radio Shack.

From 1980 to 2000, she worked at the Hong Kong branch of Royal Bank of Canada in various capacities, from securities operations and internal control, to wealth management and regulatory compliance. She was responsible for financial reporting to the Bank's Canadian head office, Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).

In addition to her diverse financial experience, Ms. Tat studied Office Administration and Technology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

SVP Business Development

Ada Fong leads all business development affairs and transactions with global operators in Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America. She also handles corporate and consumer marketing programs, such as co-marketing and sponsorship programs with carriers and product placement partners.

Ms. Fong speaks five languages. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and studied German and Japanese at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Creative Director

As the Creative Director, MaryAnna Donaldson is responsible for incorporating various elements, such as humor, to the games. Since 2002, she has been writing and translating scripts pertaining to the product's creative content.

Early in her career, she worked as a reporter at Bloomberg, where she covered the French, Belgian, and Swiss financial markets. Later, she moved to Japan where she worked as an art dealer at Aoi Arts and was involved in translation and editing services for various cable television programs in Tokyo.

Ms. Donaldson began her education studying liberal arts at Swarthmore College and finished up with an Economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania, having also studied at the Wharton School of Business. She later studied Theater in Paris and Fine Arts at the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia.

Ms. Donaldson speaks several languages. Her colorful educational and employment background fuels her inspiration as she helps to direct Artificial Life's various creative projects.

Global Controller

As Global Controller, Frank Namyslik oversees the financial activities in each department and subsidiary of the Company. He had been the Global Controller of Artificial Life, Inc. between 2000 to 2002, and has continued this post in 2007.

Mr. Namyslik has extensive experience in finance. After studying Informatics and Mathematics from 1981 to 1988, he co-founded Neurotech Hochtechnology GmbH and became its authorised officer until 1995. From 1996 to 2000, he took up the post of Managing Director at Qnet Systems GmbH before joining Artificial Life, Inc. After 2003, he was Head of Finance of an institute of University of Arts in Berlin

Manager, Graphic and 3D Design

Madison Lee heads the graphic and 3D design team at Artificial Life since 2004. He is responsible for project management as well as the training and development of the design team. He is proficient in using Autodesk Maya, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Macromedia Flash, Director and Dreamweaver.

Before working at Artificial Life, Mr. Lee was a 3D designer at the interactive specialist, Watertrace London, where he designed graphic and animation for BBC and ITV in the United Kingdom. He was one of the key technical designers for ITV's "Dan and Dusty" SMS agony-aunt service in partnership with Mobileway. Previously, he also worked as a web designer at Eikon Design, a full-range design company in Leicester, UK.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Design attaining First Class Honors from De Montfort University, UK. He was also Student of the Year for A-Level Graphic Design at Milton Keynes College, UK.

Manager of Software Development

Calvin Lo oversees the entire game production process including programming, research and development, and product rollout activities. Managing a team of over 40 engineers, Mr. Lo is responsible for the development of all of ALIFE's products and technologies. He was also one of the leading developers for V-girlâ„¢, the first 3G streaming and networking mobile game which won the many awards around the globe. With his extensive know-how and passion for the gaming industry, Mr. Lo heads up the production by utilizing advanced tools and technology developed in-house which greatly shorten the production cycle. Mr. Lo and his stellar team consistently create high-end mobile applications that are very appealing to international audiences.

Mr. Lo is proficient in all mobile programming languages including J2ME, J2EE, J2SE, PHP, Objective C and C++. He is a 2003 graduate of HKUST holding a Bachelor of Computer Science (Information Engineering) degree, after his graduation and until now he has devoted himself to the ever-evolving world of mobile software development.

Chairman, Independent Strategic Advisor, former MD Merrill Lynch AECM Group

Ajmal Rahman, 42, is an independent strategic advisor and private investor based in London. He worked for Merrill Lynch in several senior positions for over 17 years from 1986 until 2003. From 2001 to 2003 he was the co-head of the Asia Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch based in Hong Kong. Between 1996 and 2001 he was managing director and regional head of Merrill Lynch's Asian Equity Capital Markets group. Prior to this appointment he worked in the ECM for Merrill Lynch in London and New York.

Founder of "Black Pencil AG", Acclaimed Swiss Author

Claude Cueni, 51, is a renowned author in Switzerland. He is the founder of the software entertainment company “Black Pencil AG” in 1991, which is seen as the pioneer in interactive television oday. Apart from Blackpencil, Cueni worked as scriptwriter and author and wrote more than 50 scripts for movies and TV, which are aired in more than 46 countries today. He had his international breakthrough with the two historic novels "Cäsars Druide"(about the Gallic war) and "Das Grosse Spiel" (about the inventor of paper money John Law). His novels are being translated into numerous languages and are being acclaimed as "highlight of the genre" in fiction as well as in the finacial world. Besides his dedicated contribution in the Advisory Board of Artificial Life, he also acts as advisory mandate at the Swiss Ministry of the Interior for the federal office for culture, film section.

Michael March, 49, is a lawyer, media executive and merchant banker with almost 20 years experience living and working in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he is currently Managing Director of Asian Investment Partners LLC and an independent media consultant. Until 2004, he was Senior Vice President of Sony Pictures Television International where he had regional responsibility over Sony's cable and satellite networks in Asia. In addition Michael was Chairman of the Board of Super TV in Taiwan. Prior to joining Sony in 1998, Michael was the first Managing Director of the National Geographic Channel Asia, and also served as General Counsel for General Electric's NBC in Asia, where he spearheaded the merger of CNBC Asia with Dow Jones's Asia Business News Channel. From 1992 to 1996, Michael was Asia General Counsel for NYNEX Corporation (now Verizon Corp.) where he structured and negotiated complex telecom fixed line and mobile network infrastructure transactions in Southeast Asia, and was involved in the initial exploration of foreign investment projects in China's telecommunications industry. He practiced law from 1984 until 1992 at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in the firm's New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices.

International Publicist and Spokeswoman; Clients include Whitney Houston and Queen

Roxy Meade, 48, is an international publicist working out of London. Her client base, over her 20 plus year career, has included Whitney Houston (for nine years), Queen and Freddie Mercury (for 10 years), David Bowie, Channel 4, BMG Records and Arista Records. The development of her company, Lipsey Meade PR, launched in the late 80's, gave her a pre-eminent position in the music industry representing scores of American and UK artists in overseas territories.

Virtual Reality Pioneer, founder of ART+COM, echtzeit AG, and Reality-lab AG

Prof. Dr. Edouard Bannwart, 63, is a resident of Zurich, architect and urban planner. He is a virtual reality pioneer in the areas of 3D virtual cities (Cyber City Berlin 1988), interactive avatars (Virtual Head 1996) and mobile interaction design (Live Interface (Since 2003)). At the time, he developed a new live interface technology for business process management, a mixture between live pictures by webcams, phone cams and Web 2,0--applications. He was the founder and president of ART+COM 1987-94, echtzeit AG 1995-2001 and Reality-lab AG since 2002. He was a professor for urbanisation at the UdK Berlin, Media-Environments at the Bauhaus University, Weimar and Telecommunication -- Cities at the TU Darmstadt.

His further activities include: Cyber City, e-Berlin, Virtual Head, (Deutsche Telekom) Ars Electronica Center, Linz, Expo 2000, (Berliner Festspiele), Future Lab (Deutsche Telekom), Teleforum (BMW), Face to Face to Cyberspace (Fondation Beyeler, Basel), Live Interface (SAG).

Rolf Levenhagen, 58, is a German sales and marketing professional. At the beginning of his career he worked in different positions for IBM for 11 years and the last 6 years as global sales manager for IBM's banking information systems (S.W.I.F.T.). After he left IBM he became sales manager for Central Europe of Cincom Systems and thereafter director of AICORP GmbH, Bad Homburg. In 1989 he took over the management of SYSTEMS CENTER GmbH. His career as an entrepreneur started in 1992 when he founded ITEM -- Information Technology & Management GmbH. In 1994 he co-founded Qnet Systems, a distributor of leading CRM Technology. He was also director or global sales and marketing for Artificial Life, Inc. He is currently located in Cape Town, South Africa where he is mainly involved in the transfer of leading mobile technology into the fast growing African markets. Rolf is a co-founder of the 'Elephants Club', a German business club for top level executives which provides an excellent basis for business related networking.

In 1995, Ms. Alsdorf co-founded echtzeit Gesellschaft fur mediales Gestalten mbH, a developer of computing environments for e-commerce and communications both on the desktop and for large-scale multi-user Internet environments, with subsidiaries in Berlin, Cologne and Zurich. Ms. Alsdorf is currently a Vice President of SAP AG, Germany.

Dr. Gert Hensel joined our Board in July 2001. Since January 2000, Dr. Hensel has been the Chief Operating Officer and founder of VICUS Grundstuecksservice GmbH, a real estate management company. From January 1998 to January 2000, Dr. Hensel was the founder and a shareholder of Weiss-Grundstuecksverwaltungs--und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH Erkner, a real estate management company. Since January 1995, Dr. Hensel has been a corporate fiduciary for BIT GmbH, Berlin and a manager of DABU Accounting services.

Rene Jaeggi started his impressive career as Sales Manager at W.R. Grace Chemicals in Zurich and R.J. Reynolds in Geneva. In 1982, he became Manager of Central Europe at Duracell AG. From 1986 to 1993, he was the CEO of Adidas AG where he was responsible for over 14,000 employees and revenues in excess of USD 4 billion. After 1993, he was co-owner of Romika GmbH in Germany, Chairman of H.T.M in Vienna, Chairman of StairMaster in the US, as well as member of the board of Rutledge Capital also in the US. He is currently Chairman of Flora Eco Power AG in Munich, a public bio energy company.

Besides a businessman, Mr. Jaeggi is also an athlete himself as well as a sports organizer and manager. He holds a 1st Dan in Ju-Jitsu and 5th Dan in Judo. In 2002, he was the President of the Organization Committee of the Judo World Championships in Basel. He was the President of the Swiss soccer club, FC Basel, which he led to the European Champions League and winning the Swiss Cup in 2002, as well as the President of the German soccer club 1. FC Kaiserslautern from 2002 to 2006, which he led to the cup final in Germany in 2003.

Mr. Jaeggi was educated in University of St. Gallen and Waseda University of Tokyo. He is fluent in German, English, French, Italian and Japanese.

Kazutoshi Miyake is a games industry veteran. He has over 30 years of experience in international business development and management. As Director of Business Development, Mr. Miyake assists Artificial Life, Inc. in its expansion to become a major mobile player in Japan.

In 1993, he became General Manager of Sega Enterprises Ltd., running Sega's operations in Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific. He then became the CEO of Sega Europe Ltd. from 1994 to 2001. He has remained in the video games industry ever since, taking up the posts of non-executive board member of Andromeda Entertainment Ltd. (UK), Akaei Plc. (UK), Infogrames Entertainment SA (France), and Acclaim Entertainment (UK) from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to his extensive experience, Mr. Miyake has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Osaka University of Foreign Studies in Japan.

Chief Technology Officer

Ernest Axelbank has been with Artificial Life since 1998. He started out as a Technology Intern and has now become the Chief Technology Officer. Over the years, he has contributed valuable industry experience from his previous employment in the United States, including Harvard Law School and Prometheus, Inc. As CTO, he supervises and manages all core technology development, mobile technology development, enterprise java development, and security.

Mr. Axelbank has given talks in many prominent conferences around the world. He was a speaker at the Telecoms InfoTechnology Forum for the Next Generation Wireless Services in Hong Kong as well as the International Advertising & Multimedia Festival in Switzerland.

Mr. Axelbank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Art from Northeastern University in Boston.

Director M&A, Europe

Michael Rowan is a UK entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Asian markets. As Director M&A, Mr. Rowan provides Asian market development strategies for U.K. and U.S. portfolio companies.

From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Rowan served as the head of the Equity Capital Markets Division of Merrill Lynch. In 1996, he became the director of the division, responsible for structuring and pricing equity transactions - including IPOs and privatizations, demutualizations and advisements on mergers and acquisitions. In 2002, he left Merrill Lynch and became a director of Accelera Capital, a private equity fund headquartered in Hong Kong.

In addition to his extensive financial experience, Mr. Rowan is a British-qualified lawyer and had practiced Commercial Law at Linklaters and Alliance, a London based law firm with offices in Hong Kong and New York.

Legal Counsel

Ina Setzepfandt advises our company in all legal matters. Her practice focuses on the contractual monitoring of our business operations as well as all activities relating to licensing, intellectual property, trademarks, e-commerce, IT and media law.

She started her law career at Universal Music GmbH, Digital Division. Prior to that Ms. Setzepfandt graduated from law school at Humboldt- University Berlin with the First State Exam in Law and took her Second State Exam in Law at August 2006. During her education she had the opportunity to work for Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, an international corporate law firm in New York City, and for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the German General Counsel in Toronto, Canada.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Setzepfandt has a diverse background in media from different activities at Bertelsmann Arvato AG, Telekom AG and at the international PR-Agency, Weber Shandwick. She is a member of media.net berlinbrandenburg.

Manager, Finance and Accounting

Since 2003, Alice Tat has been responsible for monitoring Artificial Life's operations, accounting and financial reporting. She has more than twenty years of financial and accounting experience.

Early in her career, she was responsible for the accounting at the first and only TV station in Hong Kong, Rediffusion TV Ltd. (better known as RTV, but renamed to ATV in 1982). A few years later, she became the accountant at the Asia buying office for the electronics giant, Tandy Corporation, which imported goods in Asia and sold through their prominent American retail outlet Radio Shack.

From 1980 to 2000, she worked at the Hong Kong branch of Royal Bank of Canada in various capacities, from securities operations and internal control, to wealth management and regulatory compliance. She was responsible for financial reporting to the Bank's Canadian head office, Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).

In addition to her diverse financial experience, Ms. Tat studied Office Administration and Technology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

SVP Business Development

Ada Fong leads all business development affairs and transactions with global operators in Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America. She also handles corporate and consumer marketing programs, such as co-marketing and sponsorship programs with carriers and product placement partners.

Ms. Fong speaks five languages. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and studied German and Japanese at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Creative Director

As the Creative Director, MaryAnna Donaldson is responsible for incorporating various elements, such as humor, to the games. Since 2002, she has been writing and translating scripts pertaining to the product's creative content.

Early in her career, she worked as a reporter at Bloomberg, where she covered the French, Belgian, and Swiss financial markets. Later, she moved to Japan where she worked as an art dealer at Aoi Arts and was involved in translation and editing services for various cable television programs in Tokyo.

Ms. Donaldson began her education studying liberal arts at Swarthmore College and finished up with an Economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania, having also studied at the Wharton School of Business. She later studied Theater in Paris and Fine Arts at the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia.

Ms. Donaldson speaks several languages. Her colorful educational and employment background fuels her inspiration as she helps to direct Artificial Life's various creative projects.

Global Controller

As Global Controller, Frank Namyslik oversees the financial activities in each department and subsidiary of the Company. He had been the Global Controller of Artificial Life, Inc. between 2000 to 2002, and has continued this post in 2007.

Mr. Namyslik has extensive experience in finance. After studying Informatics and Mathematics from 1981 to 1988, he co-founded Neurotech Hochtechnology GmbH and became its authorised officer until 1995. From 1996 to 2000, he took up the post of Managing Director at Qnet Systems GmbH before joining Artificial Life, Inc. After 2003, he was Head of Finance of an institute of University of Arts in Berlin

Manager, Graphic and 3D Design

Madison Lee heads the graphic and 3D design team at Artificial Life since 2004. He is responsible for project management as well as the training and development of the design team. He is proficient in using Autodesk Maya, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Macromedia Flash, Director and Dreamweaver.

Before working at Artificial Life, Mr. Lee was a 3D designer at the interactive specialist, Watertrace London, where he designed graphic and animation for BBC and ITV in the United Kingdom. He was one of the key technical designers for ITV's "Dan and Dusty" SMS agony-aunt service in partnership with Mobileway. Previously, he also worked as a web designer at Eikon Design, a full-range design company in Leicester, UK.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Design attaining First Class Honors from De Montfort University, UK. He was also Student of the Year for A-Level Graphic Design at Milton Keynes College, UK.

Calvin Lo oversees the entire game production process including programming, research and development, and product rollout activities. Managing a team of over 40 engineers, Mr. Lo is responsible for the development of all of ALIFE's products and technologies. He was also one of the leading developers for V-girlâ„¢, the first 3G streaming and networking mobile game which won the many awards around the globe. With his extensive know-how and passion for the gaming industry, Mr. Lo heads up the production by utilizing advanced tools and technology developed in-house which greatly shorten the production cycle. Mr. Lo and his stellar team consistently create high-end mobile applications that are very appealing to international audiences.

Mr. Lo is proficient in all mobile programming languages including J2ME, J2EE, J2SE, PHP, Objective C and C++. He is a 2003 graduate of HKUST holding a Bachelor of Computer Science (Information Engineering) degree, after his graduation and until now he has devoted himself to the ever-evolving world of mobile software development.

Ajmal Rahman, 42, is an independent strategic advisor and private investor based in London. He worked for Merrill Lynch in several senior positions for over 17 years from 1986 until 2003. Between 1996 and 2001 he was managing director and regional head of Merrill Lynch's Asian Equity Capital Markets group. Claude Cueni, 51, is a renowned author in Switzerland. He is the founder of the software entertainment company “Black Pencil AG” in 1991, which is seen as the pioneer in interactive television oday. Apart from Blackpencil, Cueni worked as scriptwriter and author and wrote more than 50 scripts for movies and TV, which are aired in more than 46 countries today. He had his international breakthrough with the two historic novels "Cäsars Druide"(about the Gallic war) and "Das Grosse Spiel" (about the inventor of paper money John Law). His novels are being translated into numerous languages and are being acclaimed as "highlight of the genre" in fiction as well as in the finacial world. Christian Gloe, 42, is a games industry veteran and currently CEO of CDV AG, Germany. Before his current job, he used to be President of Publishing for Atari, one of the world's leading game publishers. Prior to this he held management positions with L'Oreal, Acclaim Entertainment, Virgin Interactive, Crave Entertainment and Infogrames.

Michael March, 49, is a lawyer, media executive and merchant banker with almost 20 years experience living and working in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he is currently Managing Director of Asian Investment Partners LLC and an independent media consultant. Until 2004, he was Senior Vice President of Sony Pictures Television International where he had regional responsibility over Sony's cable and satellite networks in Asia. In addition Michael was Chairman of the Board of Super TV in Taiwan. Prior to joining Sony in 1998, Michael was the first Managing Director of the National Geographic Channel Asia, and also served as General Counsel for General Electric's NBC in Asia, where he spearheaded the merger of CNBC Asia with Dow Jones's Asia Business News Channel. Prof. Dr. Edouard Bannwart, 63, is a resident of Zurich, architect and urban planner. He is a virtual reality pioneer in the areas of 3D virtual cities (Cyber City Berlin 1988), interactive avatars (Virtual Head 1996) and mobile interaction design (Live Interface (Since 2003)). At the time, he developed a new live interface technology for business process management, a mixture between live pictures by webcams, phone cams and Web 2,0--applications. Rolf Levenhagen, 58, is a German sales and marketing professional. After he left IBM he became sales manager for Central Europe of Cincom Systems and thereafter director of AICORP GmbH, Bad Homburg. In 1989 he took over the management of SYSTEMS CENTER GmbH. His career as an entrepreneur started in 1992 when he founded ITEM -- Information Technology & Management GmbH. In 1994 he co-founded Qnet Systems, a distributor of leading CRM Technology. He was also director or global sales and marketing for Artificial Life, Inc. He is currently located in Cape Town, South Africa where he is mainly involved in the transfer of leading mobile technology into the fast growing African markets. Eberhard Schoneburg is a well known IT and mobile industry veteran and entrepreneur. He started over 20 successful companies in this field in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Mr. Schoneburg is currently CEO and Chairman of Artificial Life, Inc. and has been so since its inception in Boston in 1994. He manages all subsidiaries as well. After a management buy-out by him in 1997 he listed Artificial Life Inc. on the NASDAQ National Market stock exchange and achieved a peak market cap of approx 400 MM USD in 2001. Mr. Schoneburg is currently still the largest individual stock holder of the Company.

Prior to founding Artificial Life, he founded and managed NEUROTEC GmbH and the BIT Group and their subsidiaries, including a joint venture with Procter & Gamble, in Germany. NEUROTEC at its time was Europe's biggest independent Internet company and launched the first Internet based electronic shopping mall in Europe for Karstadt AG in Germany, one of Europe's biggest retailers.

Ms. Alsdorf is currently a Vice President of SAP AG, Germany.

Dr. Gert Hensel joined our Board in July 2001. Since January 2000, Dr. Hensel has been the Chief Operating Officer and founder of VICUS Grundstuecksservice GmbH, a real estate management company. From January 1998 to January 2000, Dr. Hensel was the founder and a shareholder of Weiss-Grundstuecksverwaltungs--und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH Erkner, a real estate management company. Since January 1995, Dr. Hensel has been a corporate fiduciary for BIT GmbH, Berlin and a manager of DABU Accounting services.

Rene Jaeggi started his impressive career as Sales Manager at W.R. Grace Chemicals in Zurich and R.J. Reynolds in Geneva. In 1982, he became Manager of Central Europe at Duracell AG. From 1986 to 1993, he was the CEO of Adidas AG where he was responsible for over 14,000 employees and revenues in excess of USD 4 billion. After 1993, he was co-owner of Romika GmbH in Germany, Chairman of H.T.M in Vienna, Chairman of StairMaster in the US, as well as member of the board of Rutledge Capital also in the US. He is currently Chairman of Flora Eco Power AG in Munich, a public bio energy company.

Besides a businessman, Mr. Jaeggi is also an athlete himself as well as a sports organizer and manager. He holds a 1st Dan in Ju-Jitsu and 5th Dan in Judo. In 2002, he was the President of the Organization Committee of the Judo World Championships in Basel. He was the President of the Swiss soccer club, FC Basel, which he led to the European Champions League and winning the Swiss Cup in 2002, as well as the President of the German soccer club 1. FC Kaiserslautern from 2002 to 2006, which he led to the cup final in Germany in 2003.

Mr. Jaeggi was educated in University of St. Gallen and Waseda University of Tokyo. He is fluent in German, English, French, Italian and Japanese.

Director Business Development, Japan

Kazutoshi Miyake is a games industry veteran. He has over 30 years of experience in international business development and management. As Director of Business Development, Mr. Miyake assists Artificial Life, Inc. in its expansion to become a major mobile player in Japan.

In 1993, he became General Manager of Sega Enterprises Ltd., running Sega's operations in Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific. He then became the CEO of Sega Europe Ltd. from 1994 to 2001. He has remained in the video games industry ever since, taking up the posts of non-executive board member of Andromeda Entertainment Ltd. (UK), Akaei Plc. (UK), Infogrames Entertainment SA (France), and Acclaim Entertainment (UK) from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to his extensive experience, Mr. Miyake has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Osaka University of Foreign Studies in Japan.

Chief Technology Officer

Ernest Axelbank has been with Artificial Life since 1998. He started out as a Technology Intern and has now become the Chief Technology Officer. Over the years, he has contributed valuable industry experience from his previous employment in the United States, including Harvard Law School and Prometheus, Inc. As CTO, he supervises and manages all core technology development, mobile technology development, enterprise java development, and security.

Mr. Axelbank has given talks in many prominent conferences around the world. He was a speaker at the Telecoms InfoTechnology Forum for the Next Generation Wireless Services in Hong Kong as well as the International Advertising & Multimedia Festival in Switzerland.

Mr. Axelbank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Art from Northeastern University in Boston.

Director M&A, Europe

Michael Rowan is a UK entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Asian markets. As Director M&A, Mr. Rowan provides Asian market development strategies for U.K. and U.S. portfolio companies.

From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Rowan served as the head of the Equity Capital Markets Division of Merrill Lynch. In 1996, he became the director of the division, responsible for structuring and pricing equity transactions - including IPOs and privatizations, demutualizations and advisements on mergers and acquisitions. In 2002, he left Merrill Lynch and became a director of Accelera Capital, a private equity fund headquartered in Hong Kong.

In addition to his extensive financial experience, Mr. Rowan is a British-qualified lawyer and had practiced Commercial Law at Linklaters and Alliance, a London based law firm with offices in Hong Kong and New York.

Legal Counsel

Ina Setzepfandt advises our company in all legal matters. Her practice focuses on the contractual monitoring of our business operations as well as all activities relating to licensing, intellectual property, trademarks, e-commerce, IT and media law.

She started her law career at Universal Music GmbH, Digital Division. Prior to that Ms. Setzepfandt graduated from law school at Humboldt- University Berlin with the First State Exam in Law and took her Second State Exam in Law at August 2006. During her education she had the opportunity to work for Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, an international corporate law firm in New York City, and for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the German General Counsel in Toronto, Canada.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Setzepfandt has a diverse background in media from different activities at Bertelsmann Arvato AG, Telekom AG and at the international PR-Agency, Weber Shandwick. She is a member of media.net berlinbrandenburg.

Manager, Finance and Accounting

Since 2003, Alice Tat has been responsible for monitoring Artificial Life's operations, accounting and financial reporting. She has more than twenty years of financial and accounting experience.

Early in her career, she was responsible for the accounting at the first and only TV station in Hong Kong, Rediffusion TV Ltd. (better known as RTV, but renamed to ATV in 1982). A few years later, she became the accountant at the Asia buying office for the electronics giant, Tandy Corporation, which imported goods in Asia and sold through their prominent American retail outlet Radio Shack.

From 1980 to 2000, she worked at the Hong Kong branch of Royal Bank of Canada in various capacities, from securities operations and internal control, to wealth management and regulatory compliance. She was responsible for financial reporting to the Bank's Canadian head office, Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).

In addition to her diverse financial experience, Ms. Tat studied Office Administration and Technology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

SVP Business Development

Ada Fong leads all business development affairs and transactions with global operators in Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America. She also handles corporate and consumer marketing programs, such as co-marketing and sponsorship programs with carriers and product placement partners.

Ms. Fong speaks five languages. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and studied German and Japanese at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Creative Director

As the Creative Director, MaryAnna Donaldson is responsible for incorporating various elements, such as humor, to the games. Since 2002, she has been writing and translating scripts pertaining to the product's creative content.

Early in her career, she worked as a reporter at Bloomberg, where she covered the French, Belgian, and Swiss financial markets. Later, she moved to Japan where she worked as an art dealer at Aoi Arts and was involved in translation and editing services for various cable television programs in Tokyo.

Ms. Donaldson began her education studying liberal arts at Swarthmore College and finished up with an Economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania, having also studied at the Wharton School of Business. She later studied Theater in Paris and Fine Arts at the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia.

Ms. Donaldson speaks several languages. Her colorful educational and employment background fuels her inspiration as she helps to direct Artificial Life's various creative projects.

Global Controller

As Global Controller, Frank Namyslik oversees the financial activities in each department and subsidiary of the Company. He had been the Global Controller of Artificial Life, Inc. between 2000 to 2002, and has continued this post in 2007.

Mr. Namyslik has extensive experience in finance. After studying Informatics and Mathematics from 1981 to 1988, he co-founded Neurotech Hochtechnology GmbH and became its authorised officer until 1995. From 1996 to 2000, he took up the post of Managing Director at Qnet Systems GmbH before joining Artificial Life, Inc. After 2003, he was Head of Finance of an institute of University of Arts in Berlin

Manager, Graphic and 3D Design

Madison Lee heads the graphic and 3D design team at Artificial Life since 2004. He is responsible for project management as well as the training and development of the design team. He is proficient in using Autodesk Maya, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Macromedia Flash, Director and Dreamweaver.

Before working at Artificial Life, Mr. Lee was a 3D designer at the interactive specialist, Watertrace London, where he designed graphic and animation for BBC and ITV in the United Kingdom. He was one of the key technical designers for ITV's "Dan and Dusty" SMS agony-aunt service in partnership with Mobileway. Previously, he also worked as a web designer at Eikon Design, a full-range design company in Leicester, UK.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Design attaining First Class Honors from De Montfort University, UK. He was also Student of the Year for A-Level Graphic Design at Milton Keynes College, UK.

Manager of Software Development

Calvin Lo oversees the entire game production process including programming, research and development, and product rollout activities. Managing a team of over 40 engineers, Mr. Lo is responsible for the development of all of ALIFE's products and technologies. He was also one of the leading developers for V-girlâ„¢, the first 3G streaming and networking mobile game which won the many awards around the globe. With his extensive know-how and passion for the gaming industry, Mr. Lo heads up the production by utilizing advanced tools and technology developed in-house which greatly shorten the production cycle. Mr. Lo and his stellar team consistently create high-end mobile applications that are very appealing to international audiences.

Mr. Lo is proficient in all mobile programming languages including J2ME, J2EE, J2SE, PHP, Objective C and C++. He is a 2003 graduate of HKUST holding a Bachelor of Computer Science (Information Engineering) degree, after his graduation and until now he has devoted himself to the ever-evolving world of mobile software development.

Ajmal Rahman, 42, is an independent strategic advisor and private investor based in London. He worked for Merrill Lynch in several senior positions for over 17 years from 1986 until 2003. From 2001 to 2003 he was the co-head of the Asia Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch based in Hong Kong. Between 1996 and 2001 he was managing director and regional head of Merrill Lynch's Asian Equity Capital Markets group. Prior to this appointment he worked in the ECM for Merrill Lynch in London and New York.

Claude Cueni, 51, is a renowned author in Switzerland. He is the founder of the software entertainment company “Black Pencil AG” in 1991, which is seen as the pioneer in interactive television oday. Apart from Blackpencil, Cueni worked as scriptwriter and author and wrote more than 50 scripts for movies and TV, which are aired in more than 46 countries today. Christian Gloe, 42, is a games industry veteran and currently CEO of CDV AG, Germany. Before his current job, he used to be President of Publishing for Atari, one of the world's leading game publishers. Prior to this he held management positions with L'Oreal, Acclaim Entertainment, Virgin Interactive, Crave Entertainment and Infogrames.

Michael March, 49, is a lawyer, media executive and merchant banker with almost 20 years experience living and working in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he is currently Managing Director of Asian Investment Partners LLC and an independent media consultant. Until 2004, he was Senior Vice President of Sony Pictures Television International where he had regional responsibility over Sony's cable and satellite networks in Asia. In addition Michael was Chairman of the Board of Super TV in Taiwan. Prior to joining Sony in 1998, Michael was the first Managing Director of the National Geographic Channel Asia, and also served as General Counsel for General Electric's NBC in Asia, where he spearheaded the merger of CNBC Asia with Dow Jones's Asia Business News Channel. Prof. Dr. Edouard Bannwart, 63, is a resident of Zurich, architect and urban planner. He is a virtual reality pioneer in the areas of 3D virtual cities (Cyber City Berlin 1988), interactive avatars (Virtual Head 1996) and mobile interaction design (Live Interface (Since 2003)). At the time, he developed a new live interface technology for business process management, a mixture between live pictures by webcams, phone cams and Web 2,0--applications. Rolf Levenhagen, 58, is a German sales and marketing professional. After he left IBM he became sales manager for Central Europe of Cincom Systems and thereafter director of AICORP GmbH, Bad Homburg. In 1989 he took over the management of SYSTEMS CENTER GmbH. His career as an entrepreneur started in 1992 when he founded ITEM -- Information Technology & Management GmbH. In 1994 he co-founded Qnet Systems, a distributor of leading CRM Technology. He was also director or global sales and marketing for Artificial Life, Inc. He is currently located in Cape Town, South Africa where he is mainly involved in the transfer of leading mobile technology into the fast growing African markets. Rolf is a co-founder of the 'Elephants Club', a German business club for top level executives which provides an excellent basis for business related networking.

Eberhard Schoneburg is a well known IT and mobile industry veteran and entrepreneur. He started over 20 successful companies in this field in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Mr. Schoneburg is currently CEO and Chairman of Artificial Life, Inc. and has been so since its inception in Boston in 1994. He manages all subsidiaries as well. After a management buy-out by him in 1997 he listed Artificial Life Inc. on the NASDAQ National Market stock exchange and achieved a peak market cap of approx 400 MM USD in 2001. Mr. Schoneburg is currently still the largest individual stock holder of the Company.

Prior to founding Artificial Life, he founded and managed NEUROTEC GmbH and the BIT Group and their subsidiaries, including a joint venture with Procter & Gamble, in Germany. NEUROTEC at its time was Europe's biggest independent Internet company and launched the first Internet based electronic shopping mall in Europe for Karstadt AG in Germany, one of Europe's biggest retailers.

Prior to NEUROTEC GmbH, Mr. Schoneburg founded and served as Chairman of Expert Informatik GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, and specializing in expert systems development, anti-virus programs, and neural network applications in finance. During this time, from 1988 - 1994, he also served and taught as a professor for industrial applications of neural nets and artificial intelligence at the technical university (Fachhochschule) in Furtwangen, Germany.

Mr. Schoneburg's previous employment also includes the management of the new technologies department for aerospace systems at Dornier German Aerospace, as well as software and research engineering for consumer electronics at Siemens AG in Boca Raton, Fla, USA.

Mr. Schoneburg and his team won numerous awards among them: the First Prize of the Berlin Innovation Award for the development of the first European neural compiler (1990), and the First Prize for the development of an expert system for detecting chemical hazards for Procter and Gamble (1992), the Best Enabling Technology Award by the Multimedia Council, Boston 1999, and the global Best Mobile Game award by Ericsson in 2004.

In addition, Mr. Schoneburg is a prominent speaker at industry conferences world wide and has written five lecture books and more than sixty research papers pertaining to computer viruses, neural networks, evolution strategies and genetic programming. In addition to his extensive financial experience, Mr. Rowan is a British-qualified lawyer and had practiced Commercial Law at Linklaters and Alliance, a London based law firm with offices in Hong Kong and New York.

Legal Counsel

Ina Setzepfandt advises our company in all legal matters. Her practice focuses on the contractual monitoring of our business operations as well as all activities relating to licensing, intellectual property, trademarks, e-commerce, IT and media law.

She started her law career at Universal Music GmbH, Digital Division. Prior to that Ms. Setzepfandt graduated from law school at Humboldt- University Berlin with the First State Exam in Law and took her Second State Exam in Law at August 2006. During her education she had the opportunity to work for Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, an international corporate law firm in New York City, and for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the German General Counsel in Toronto, Canada.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Setzepfandt has a diverse background in media from different activities at Bertelsmann Arvato AG, Telekom AG and at the international PR-Agency, Weber Shandwick. She is a member of media.net berlinbrandenburg.

Manager, Finance and Accounting

Since 2003, Alice Tat has been responsible for monitoring Artificial Life's operations, accounting and financial reporting. She has more than twenty years of financial and accounting experience.

Early in her career, she was responsible for the accounting at the first and only TV station in Hong Kong, Rediffusion TV Ltd. (better known as RTV, but renamed to ATV in 1982). A few years later, she became the accountant at the Asia buying office for the electronics giant, Tandy Corporation, which imported goods in Asia and sold through their prominent American retail outlet Radio Shack.

From 1980 to 2000, she worked at the Hong Kong branch of Royal Bank of Canada in various capacities, from securities operations and internal control, to wealth management and regulatory compliance. She was responsible for financial reporting to the Bank's Canadian head office, Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).

In addition to her diverse financial experience, Ms. Tat studied Office Administration and Technology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

SVP Business Development

Ada Fong leads all business development affairs and transactions with global operators in Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America. She also handles corporate and consumer marketing programs, such as co-marketing and sponsorship programs with carriers and product placement partners.

Ms. Fong speaks five languages. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and studied German and Japanese at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Creative Director

As the Creative Director, MaryAnna Donaldson is responsible for incorporating various elements, such as humor, to the games. Since 2002, she has been writing and translating scripts pertaining to the product's creative content.

Early in her career, she worked as a reporter at Bloomberg, where she covered the French, Belgian, and Swiss financial markets. Later, she moved to Japan where she worked as an art dealer at Aoi Arts and was involved in translation and editing services for various cable television programs in Tokyo.

Ms. Donaldson began her education studying liberal arts at Swarthmore College and finished up with an Economics degree from the University of Pennsylvania, having also studied at the Wharton School of Business. She later studied Theater in Paris and Fine Arts at the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia.

Ms. Donaldson speaks several languages. Her colorful educational and employment background fuels her inspiration as she helps to direct Artificial Life's various creative projects.

Global Controller

As Global Controller, Frank Namyslik oversees the financial activities in each department and subsidiary of the Company. He had been the Global Controller of Artificial Life, Inc. between 2000 to 2002, and has continued this post in 2007.

Mr. Namyslik has extensive experience in finance. After studying Informatics and Mathematics from 1981 to 1988, he co-founded Neurotech Hochtechnology GmbH and became its authorised officer until 1995. From 1996 to 2000, he took up the post of Managing Director at Qnet Systems GmbH before joining Artificial Life, Inc. After 2003, he was Head of Finance of an institute of University of Arts in Berlin

Manager, Graphic and 3D Design

Madison Lee heads the graphic and 3D design team at Artificial Life since 2004. He is responsible for project management as well as the training and development of the design team. He is proficient in using Autodesk Maya, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Macromedia Flash, Director and Dreamweaver.

Before working at Artificial Life, Mr. Lee was a 3D designer at the interactive specialist, Watertrace London, where he designed graphic and animation for BBC and ITV in the United Kingdom. He was one of the key technical designers for ITV's "Dan and Dusty" SMS agony-aunt service in partnership with Mobileway. Previously, he also worked as a web designer at Eikon Design, a full-range design company in Leicester, UK.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Design attaining First Class Honors from De Montfort University, UK. He was also Student of the Year for A-Level Graphic Design at Milton Keynes College, UK.

Manager of Software Development

Calvin Lo oversees the entire game production process including programming, research and development, and product rollout activities. Managing a team of over 40 engineers, Mr. Lo is responsible for the development of all of ALIFE's products and technologies. He was also one of the leading developers for V-girlâ„¢, the first 3G streaming and networking mobile game which won the many awards around the globe. With his extensive know-how and passion for the gaming industry, Mr. Lo heads up the production by utilizing advanced tools and technology developed in-house which greatly shorten the production cycle. Mr. Lo and his stellar team consistently create high-end mobile applications that are very appealing to international audiences.

Mr. Lo is proficient in all mobile programming languages including J2ME, J2EE, J2SE, PHP, Objective C and C++. He is a 2003 graduate of HKUST holding a Bachelor of Computer Science (Information Engineering) degree, after his graduation and until now he has devoted himself to the ever-evolving world of mobile software development.

Chairman, Independent Strategic Advisor, former MD Merrill Lynch AECM Group

Ajmal Rahman, 42, is an independent strategic advisor and private investor based in London. He worked for Merrill Lynch in several senior positions for over 17 years from 1986 until 2003. From 2001 to 2003 he was the co-head of the Asia Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch based in Hong Kong. Between 1996 and 2001 he was managing director and regional head of Merrill Lynch's Asian Equity Capital Markets group. Prior to this appointment he worked in the ECM for Merrill Lynch in London and New York.

Founder of "Black Pencil AG", Acclaimed Swiss Author

Claude Cueni, 51, is a renowned author in Switzerland. He is the founder of the software entertainment company “Black Pencil AG” in 1991, which is seen as the pioneer in interactive television oday. Apart from Blackpencil, Cueni worked as scriptwriter and author and wrote more than 50 scripts for movies and TV, which are aired in more than 46 countries today. He had his international breakthrough with the two historic novels "Cäsars Druide"(about the Gallic war) and "Das Grosse Spiel" (about the inventor of paper money John Law). His novels are being translated into numerous languages and are being acclaimed as "highlight of the genre" in fiction as well as in the finacial world. Besides his dedicated contribution in the Advisory Board of Artificial Life, he also acts as advisory mandate at the Swiss Ministry of the Interior for the federal office for culture, film section.

Christian Gloe, 42, is a games industry veteran and currently CEO of CDV AG, Germany. Before his current job, he used to be President of Publishing for Atari, one of the world's leading game publishers. Prior to this he held management positions with L'Oreal, Acclaim Entertainment, Virgin Interactive, Crave Entertainment and Infogrames.

MD of Asian Investment Partners LLC; former VP of Sony Pictures Television Intl.

Michael March, 49, is a lawyer, media executive and merchant banker with almost 20 years experience living and working in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he is currently Managing Director of Asian Investment Partners LLC and an independent media consultant. Until 2004, he was Senior Vice President of Sony Pictures Television International where he had regional responsibility over Sony's cable and satellite networks in Asia. In addition Michael was Chairman of the Board of Super TV in Taiwan. Prior to joining Sony in 1998, Michael was the first Managing Director of the National Geographic Channel Asia, and also served as General Counsel for General Electric's NBC in Asia, where he spearheaded the merger of CNBC Asia with Dow Jones's Asia Business News Channel. From 1992 to 1996, Michael was Asia General Counsel for NYNEX Corporation (now Verizon Corp.) where he structured and negotiated complex telecom fixed line and mobile network infrastructure transactions in Southeast Asia, and was involved in the initial exploration of foreign investment projects in China's telecommunications industry. He practiced law from 1984 until 1992 at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in the firm's New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices.

Roxy Meade, 48, is an international publicist working out of London. Her client base, over her 20 plus year career, has included Whitney Houston (for nine years), Queen and Freddie Mercury (for 10 years), David Bowie, Channel 4, BMG Records and Arista Records. The development of her company, Lipsey Meade PR, launched in the late 80's, gave her a pre-eminent position in the music industry representing scores of American and UK artists in overseas territories.

Virtual Reality Pioneer, founder of ART+COM, echtzeit AG, and Reality-lab AG

Prof. Dr. Edouard Bannwart, 63, is a resident of Zurich, architect and urban planner. He is a virtual reality pioneer in the areas of 3D virtual cities (Cyber City Berlin 1988), interactive avatars (Virtual Head 1996) and mobile interaction design (Live Interface (Since 2003)). At the time, he developed a new live interface technology for business process management, a mixture between live pictures by webcams, phone cams and Web 2,0--applications. He was the founder and president of ART+COM 1987-94, echtzeit AG 1995-2001 and Reality-lab AG since 2002. He was a professor for urbanisation at the UdK Berlin, Media-Environments at the Bauhaus University, Weimar and Telecommunication -- Cities at the TU Darmstadt.

Rolf Levenhagen, 58, is a German sales and marketing professional. At the beginning of his career he worked in different positions for IBM for 11 years and the last 6 years as global sales manager for IBM's banking information systems (S.W.I.F.T.). After he left IBM he became sales manager for Central Europe of Cincom Systems and thereafter director of AICORP GmbH, Bad Homburg. In 1989 he took over the management of SYSTEMS CENTER GmbH. His career as an entrepreneur started in 1992 when he founded ITEM -- Information Technology & Management GmbH. In 1994 he co-founded Qnet Systems, a distributor of leading CRM Technology. He was also director or global sales and marketing for Artificial Life, Inc. He is currently located in Cape Town, South Africa where he is mainly involved in the transfer of leading mobile technology into the fast growing African markets. Rolf is a co-founder of the 'Elephants Club', a German business club for top level executives which provides an excellent basis for business related networking.
