Alex YUE

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Alex Yue has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the co-founder of Asiamart, Inc. since year 2005. As the Chairman as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Yue oversees the expansion of Asiamart in the Asian markets. He is responsible for formulating and executing the strategy and direction of the Company, identifying and facilitating acquisition opportunities, as well as working closely with the sales and operations team to develop further business opportunities.

Prior to Asiamart, Mr. and Mrs. Yue developed the business framework by establishing the first retail store which was targeted for Taiwan and Malaysia outbound tourists in 1984. The market share of Yue's corporation jumped to 65% with the opening of the second tourists' shopping center, mainly for Korean tours in 1987. In 1992, Yue started to develop real estate in mainland China. Due to the huge demand and growth of China outbound tourism, he collaborated with the founder, Ricky Tsoi, to set up the first shopping center under the umbrella of the Company to meet the needs of China outbound tourists in 2004.

In public service, Yue actively participates in charity events and is devoted to contributing towards society. He has founded the Hui Zhou Keng Kou Secondary School in 1986. Yue has been the Member of Huizhou City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Congress since 1996.

Ricky TSOI

Founder

As the founder of Asiamart, Inc., Ricky Tsoi acts as the advisor of the Company. He is responsible for strategic planning, strategic partnership, channel distribution, business development and product development.

Based in Hong Kong, Tsoi is best known throughout the industry as one of Hong Kong's most successful and youngest entrepreneurs in PRC outbound tourism. He started the first duty free shopping center in 2001 and by 2004 the Company had become the No. 1 leader, over 65% market share in the industry with 3 outlets.

Tsoi has over 20 years of experience in management, sales training, retail operations, channel distribution, hospitality and tourism together with over 15 years of solid business relationships with international top tier AV brands such as JVC, Panasonic, Pentax, Casio, Rollei, Canon and FujiFilm. Tsoi started his career in the retail industry as a sales agent and rapidly developed a network of venues. He then diversified his role as a shareholder of a retail outlet in 1988.

Tsoi is the Chairman of the Fair Price Association which is a non-profit organization in the retail sector.

Danny LEUNG

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer, Danny Leung brings with him 20 years of experience in retail operations, management and merchandising. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing sales strategy and revenue generation of the Company and for building, maintaining and growing business in all customer groups as identified by the Company business plan.

Leung is a specialist in sales and operations with extensive business planning, budgeting, product pricing structures and management expertise generated by 10 years of consulting positions with consumer electronics and retail businesses. With his strong and solid relationship with international brands and his innovative ideas, he takes the business of Asiamart to new heights.

Prior to Asiamart, Leung was the key investor of all projects managed by Ricky Tsoi, the founder of Asiamart. By year 2004, his scope of business has expanded to PRC outbound tourism which covers three duty free shopping centers and two trading companies with over 65% market share.

Cary SHEK

Executive Director

Cary Shek is Executive Director of the Board, serving as Assistant General Manager of two duty free shopping centers since 2004.

In her current role, Shek is responsible for day-to-day operations, administration and human resources of the duty free shopping centers for a staff of more than 200. In addition, she oversees the implementation of POS and CRM systems to cope with the rapid growth of the Company.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong. She is currently undertaking a Master's degree of Corporate Governance at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University to help in the planning, implementation and monitoring of corporate financial policies and strategies of the Company.

Albert WONG

Chief Financial Officer

Albert Wong, a certified Public Accountant (Practicing) in Hong Kong, is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, is the Chief Financial Officer of Asiamart, Inc. He has been admitted as a barrister of the High Court of Hong Kong since 1988. He is also a senior consultant of another certificated public accounting firm and an adviser of a law firm.

With over 18 years experience in the accountancy profession, Wong is responsible for overseeing the Group's overall financial position, compliance of regulatory requirements and GAAP compliance.

Wong is currently an independent non-executive director of three listed companies in Hong Kong: Arts Optical International Holdings Limited, Bonjour Holdings Limited and Kin Yat Holdings Limited.

Noelle HON

Chief Investor Relations Officer

As the Chief Investor Relations Officer, Noelle Hon is responsible for enhancing the recognition of Asiamart, Inc., overseeing the investor relations, identifying potential investors, CRM and the corporate communications program of the Company.

Prior to this, Hon was appointed as the Marketing Director for the Company in late 2004. In this capacity, she was responsible for re-engineering the company's structure, marketing formulation and implementation for the Group, and maintaining relationships with PR, advertising and design agencies in the region.

In 2001, Hon has provided consulting services for Scott Millard and Associates where she was engaged in areas of business development, client servicing and establishing the company's secondary location in Shanghai, China. Prior to Scott Millard and Associates, she held the position of Corporate Communications Manager at Nex-C, a hospitality industry information portal. In 2000, Hon held the position of Business Development Manager for Rojam Ltd., a publicly listed entertainment company headquartered in Hong Kong and subsidiary of a Japanese company whose major shareholders are from NTT Docomo.

Hon has garnered many years of experience in a wide variety of services and consumer goods marketing. Hon developed marketing strategies and promotional programs to cater to different campaigns, including building and maintaining the membership database.

Hon is a marketing graduate with high honors from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada. She is currently undertaking a MBA programme with Australian Graduate School of Management. She has conducted projects in Hong Kong, China PRC, Canada and Australia and worked closely with a variety of multinational teams from all over the world.
