Mr. Yu has been the Chief Financial Officer since November 2007. Mr. Yu is newly appointed as CEO to lead the company to execute the expansion plan. He received MBA degree from Oklahoma City University.
Mr. Jin has been president and chief executive officer of China operation since 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience in the carbon industry. He received his degree in economics from Inner Mongolia Television University of China.
In 2004, Mr. Jin was named one of the “Top 10 Outstanding Managers in Inner Mongoliaâ€. In 2005, Mr. Jin was named the “Outstanding Entrepreneur†in Inner Mongolia. In 2006, Mr Jin was named one of the “100 Outstanding Chinese Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology.†Mr. Jin is a member of the Inner Mongolia CPPCC Standing Committee and a member of the Inner Mongolia Federation of Industry & Commerce.
Ms. Chen has 3 years experience in PricewaterhouseCoopers New York office. She specializes in Alternative Investment Funds Group, serving hedge fund and private equity fund clients. Ms. Chen holds a CPA certificate and a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Economics from City University of New York.
