Mr. Chang is the principal founder of China Agritech and has been with the Company and its predecessors since 1994. Prior thereto, he served as Chairman of the Board of Yinlong Industrial. Mr. Chang has also served as a regional head of China`s Agriculture Bank. Mr. Chang is a graduate of the Heilongjiang Forestry Cadre Management Institute
Mr. Liu Peizhi is the former Executive Vice Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture of China.
Mr. Zhang Zhixiang is the former Vice Minister of the Ministry of the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC. He also acted as the honorary president of the China Food Association.
Ms. Teng has served the Company and its predecessors since 1994. Prior to China Agritech, Ms. Teng was the general manager of Yinlong Industrial from 1994 through 2000 and worked for the Harbin Post and Telecommunication Bureau from 1992 to 1994.
Mr. Wong was also named as a Vice President of Sales since joining the Company in 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Wong worked for the Lim Li Fung Group in Hong Kong as a Senior Consultant.
Mr. Tsoi served as the Vice President of Administration since the acquisition of Tailong in February 2005. Prior thereto, he served as a director of Heng An Tong Tai Investment Holding Company from 1999 to 2005.
Ms. Peng has served as Chief Accounting Officer for Tailong since 1997. Prior to China Agritech, Ms. Peng served as the director of the auditing facility of the Harbin Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1996. Prior thereto, Ms. Peng worked for the Harbin Civil Administration Bureau.
