Mr. Zhang is a Co-founder of China Net. He previously served as the Secretary of the President of KONKA Group Worldwide, and General Manger and Director for KONKA Group Beijing. Previous employment includes manager of PRECOM with experience in software development and internet ad technology. He has worked as Director, Senior VP, and COO of Hua shen hui zheng Co. Mr. Liu co-founded 28.com in 2003. He is focused on franchise industry marketing, and development of the 28.com advertising platform. He has over 10 years experience in brand building, marketing planning, product marketing, channel construction, and promotion; over 5 years experience in internet marketing planning and services as well as over 10 years experience in operations and management.
Mr. Hu is responsible for business development and expansion of China Net. He is also responsible for the expansion of the television advertising business, including the television production center, advertising sales, and resources integration.
Ms. Wang, graduated from Xiaogan Polytechnic Institute. She joined China-Net in 2005 and has been in charge of human resources department since then. She led the creation of its human resource management system, making a solid foundation in human resource allocation, staff training, payroll systems, performance appraisal and personnel selection.
He began as a senior adviser in China Net TV and is responsible for strategic planning, development, and expansion of the media network. He has been actively engaged in technology research, development, training, and management in various corporate roles since 1998.
