Peter Cunningham

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Peter Cunningham is a Senior Executive with extensive experience in the international pharmaceutical industry.Mr. Cunningham has worked for approximately 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry and an additional 10 years consulting to the pharmaceutical industry, with some of the best known companies in the pharmaceutical industry, including Glaxo Smith Kline, Bristol Myers Squibb, Baxter, Becton Dickinson, Novartis & Roche, and most recently, AXM. Mr. Cunningham¡¯s consulting practice was established as a joint venture with Coopers & Lybrand (PriceWaterhouse Coopers).Products Mr. Cunningham has launched, developed or marketed worldwide generate more than US$ 800 million in sales annually.Mr. Peter Cunningham has an MBA from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the State University of New York.

Joseph Cunningham

Director and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Joseph Cunningham is an expert in financial management, corporate control, banking, fund raising, strategic planning and business start-up.Mr. Cunningham is a trained economist and former think-tank practitioner.He is also an Investment Banker and has originated and executed more than US$ 5.0 billion in deals in Asia, from his former offices in Singapore and London.His most recent experience is with Amaroq Capital LLC, a merchant bank focused on Asian Healthcare.Mr. Cunningham has an international MBA from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management, and an undergraduate degree in Economic and Business Administration from NortheasternUniversity, Boston Massachusetts.

Hao Zhang

Director and Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Zhang is a senior executive with significant experience and success in the pharmaceutical and personal care products industries.Mr. Zhang has worked for approximately 10 years in consulting, with some of the best-known companies in the World, including Pfzier, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, GE, GSK, and Bayer.The products he worked on generate approximately US$ 200 million/year in China.In 2004, the Ogilvy Group acquired his consulting firm in Beijing ZZAD.Mr. Zhang has a PHD in electrical engineering from the University of Victoria.

Mr. Allen Campbell


Allen Campbell is the former Chairman of the Board and CEO of Emerging Gamma Inc. Mr. Campbell has been an independent businessman since 1980. He was the founder and chairman of Murex Corporation, later known as International Murex Technologies, a biotechnology company that was eventually sold to Abbott Labs. He has owned or been the co-principal of several other businesses, in various fields including financial services and magazine publishing. He is licensed as an attorney in Ohio and New Jersey (inactive in both states).

Professor Lai Hock Meng


Professor Lai has spent more than nearly two decades in senior positions with major investment banks in Asia. Professor Lai is a former Adjunct Associate Professor in the National University of Singapore, specializing in investments and capital markets. Since February 2002, Hock Meng has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a leading regional logistic and supply chain management company, YCH Group. Since 1998, Professor Lia has successfully incubated more than 10 start-ups, and advised both local institutions and listed firms on asset management, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. He possesses a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge, England. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst of the Association of Investment Management and Research.

Daniel J. Meaney, Jr


Mr. Meaney is a corporate attorney specializing in intellectual property rights and protection. He brings over 40 years of senior corporate experience including having been the Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel for Circon Corporation (NASDAQ: CCON), and the former Secretary and General Counsel Applied Magnetics Corporation (NYSE: APM). He has been the outside corporate and intellectual property counsel for many other public and private corporations. Mr. Meaney undertook one of the first commercial transactions between the PRC and the West shortly after Nixon's visit to China in 1971. Mr. Meaney has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the Institute of Technology, University of Minnesota, and a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Robert Hanka


Mr. Hanka is the former head of mergers and acquisitions with CLSA (formerly Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia), Asia's largest investment bank. He has advised on over 100 transactions. Robert Hanka graduated from the University of Cambridge in the mid 1980's and subsequently worked as a solicitor with Simmons & Simmons, one of the UK's top 10 law firms, in both London and Hong Kong. He subsequently became a partner of Andersen Legal in Hong Kong, in charge of the mergers and acquisitions practice and advising clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial issues. In 1998, Robert switched careers to investment banking and joined CLSA as managing director and head of mergers and acquisitions where, over the past 6 years, he has built a successful mergers and acquisitions practice.
