Mr. Meaney is a corporate attorney specializing in intellectual property rights and protection. He brings over 40 years of senior corporate experience including having been the Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel for Circon Corporation (NASDAQ: CCON), and the former Secretary and General Counsel Applied Magnetics Corporation (NYSE: APM). He has been the outside corporate and intellectual property counsel for many other public and private corporations. Mr. Meaney undertook one of the first commercial transactions between the PRC and the West shortly after Nixon's visit to China in 1971. Mr. Meaney has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the Institute of Technology, University of Minnesota, and a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Robert Hanka graduated from the University of Cambridge in the mid 1980's and subsequently worked as a solicitor with Simmons & Simmons, one of the UK's top 10 law firms, in both London and Hong Kong. He subsequently became a partner of Andersen Legal in Hong Kong, in charge of the mergers and acquisitions practice and advising clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial issues. In 1998, Robert switched careers to investment banking and joined CLSA as managing director and head of mergers and acquisitions where, over the past 6 years, he has built a successful mergers and acquisitions practice.
