The meeting is being held to provide a forum for the Company’s chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer to report on company affairs, and for management and holders of the Company’s ordinary shares or ADSs to discuss the progress and direction of the Company’s business. No proposal is expected to be submitted to the shareholders for voting at the meeting.
Holders of record of the Company’s ordinary shares at the close of business on December 7, 2009 (the “Record Date”) are entitled to receive notice of and to attend the annual general meeting and any adjournment or postponement thereof in person.
