Dong Jinqing has been Chief Executive Officer of China Industrial Waste Management Inc., since November 2005 and serves as its Chairman of the Board and President. Mr. Dong has been Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Dontech Waste Services Inc., a subsidiary of China Industrial Waste Management Inc. since November 2005 and serves as its Chairman. He has been President of Dalian Dongtai Industrial Waste Treatment Co. of China Industrial Waste Management ... since 1991. From 1982 to 1991, Mr. Dong worked for the Dalian Environmental Science Academy, being mainly engaged in research concerning the disposal of waste gas, waste water and industrial residue and the evaluation of the environment effects from industrial projects. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Goldtech Mining Corp. since November 2005. He served as Chief Financial Officer of China Industrial Waste Management since November 2005. He has been Director of China Industrial Waste Management Inc., since November 2005 and Dontech Waste Services Inc. since November 2005. He served as Director of Goldtech Mining Corp. since November 2005. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 1982.
Guo Xin serves as Chief Financial Officer of China Industrial Waste Management, Inc. Ms. Xin has been Chief Accounting Officer of Dontech Waste Services Inc. since January 2007. She served as the Chief Accounting Officer of China Industrial Waste Management Inc., since January 2007. Ms. Xin served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Dalian Dongtai Tai Industrial Waste Treatment Co., Ltd a subsidiary of Goldtech Mining Corporation since October 2003 and also served as ... Manager of Dongtai's accounting department from April 2002 to October 2003. She serves as a Director of China Industrial Waste Management, Inc. Ms. Xin Graduated from Beijing University of Commerce in 1992 majoring in Finance and received her Master's in Public Administration from China's Northeastern University in 2002.
Jun Li has been Chief Operating Officer of China Industrial Waste Management, Inc., (formerly Goldtech Mining Corporation) since January 2007.
