Sino Fibre Signs Strategic Alliance Agreement with New China Trust Co., Ltd.

HONG KONG and NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2008 -- Sino Fibre Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:SFBE), a broadband and value added Internet services provider in China, today announce that its subsidiary, China Business Online Co., Ltd. has signed a strategic alliance agreement with New China Trust Co, Ltd.
