Jonathan Mork has been a China advisor since 1994. Jonathan heads Millennium Group, a merchant banking and management consulting firm with over 15 years experience in PRC business advisory as well as PRC deal structuring.
Jonathan is also a director of Roth Capital and an active representative and helper to Roth Capital in China. In a period of 3 years, Roth Capital has become the top investment bank for US listed China SmallCaps, leading the league tables by wide margins.
Jonathan splits his time between Beijing and Los Angeles. Jonathan is also a managing partner in Millennium Hanson, a private equity arm of Hanson Capital of London.
Jonathan is a director and co-founder of ChinaSecurities.com. Jonathan has a BA (1986) and an MBA (1987) from Cornell University.
